Explanation:
This is an experiment in user-generated glocal content production and design.
The content deals with a range of mediated content uploading from
"calls" out to cities, curators recommendations, submissions, remixes
through an intelligent agent design system so that the viewer can
create their own form of C-M.TV, exhibit in a space provided to view
or as an index with links reorganizing the site according to their
interests.
